What does the one-year warranty cover on my Lumyria Wireless LED Mask?
Your Lumyria mask is backed by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship—such as LED failures, battery malfunctions, or control-panel issues—when used under normal, at-home conditions.
What’s not covered:
Damage from misuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications.
Cosmetic wear (scratches, discoloration) that does not affect function.
Consumables (e.g. straps or pads), unless they fail prematurely.
To make a warranty claim, simply:

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-12 business days. If your item takes over 20 business days to arrive, please contact us at info@lumyriabeauty.com and we will confirm the status for you.

We offer FREE shipping to 20+ countries around the world. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you!
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. All orders include tracking from dispatch to delivery.
We ship all orders in durable packaging to ensure items are not damaged during transit.
We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses. However, if you have a question about your order, contact us at info@lumyriabeauty.com and we’ll assist as much as possible to trace missing parcels or investigate delayed packages.
How can I track my order?

Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

What is the Lumyria Wireless LED Mask and how does it work?
Our Lumyria mask uses 240 medical-grade red + near-infrared LEDs to stimulate collagen, calm redness, and boost cellular repair. Simply power on, select one of three light-therapy modes, and let the mask deliver spa-grade phototherapy at home.
How do I use the mask?
Cleanse and pat dry your face.
Wear the mask and adjust the straps for a snug, comfortable fit.
Press the power button to choose a mode (Repair, Brighten, or Clear).
Relax for 7–10 minutes per session.
Remove and follow with your favorite serum or moisturizer.
How often should I use it, and for how long?
We recommend:
3–5× per week

Do I need to wear eye protection?

How do I clean and store my mask?
After each use: Wipe the inside surface with a damp, lint-free cloth and mild, non-alcoholic cleanser.
Storage: Keep in the included pouch, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
What certifications and safety tests does it have?
CE-certified, RoHS-compliant, and FDA-cleared as a low-level light therapy (LLLT) device. Manufactured in an ISO-certified facility.
What is the battery life and how long do I need to charge ?
